"I requested a plain Quarter Pounder, but it came fully loaded with everything. It ended up in the trash. I also ordered two double apple pies but received two single pies instead. The fries had an older texture and were not fresh. I'm really disappointed with this visit, especially since this is my favorite McDonald's. They let me down this time."

I went to the McDonald's in Deltona on Howland Blvd, but they didn't have any ice cream or cake. I then drove to DeBary, and they had exactly what I was looking for, so I can't complain!

The food was cold, and they slathered so much mayo and ketchup on it that it was inedible! Additionally, my frappe was placed alongside the hot food, causing the whipped topping to melt and turning my cold drink into a lukewarm one. This was the worst dining experience I've ever had!

I really enjoy visiting McDonald's, especially when the staff makes me feel valued as a customer. The food at this location is excellent and cooked just right, unlike some other McDonald's I've been to where the food isn't prepared properly. I want to give a shoutout to the managers; they are wonderful people, and I miss you all! - Jazmin C.
