"During a recent trip home from vacation, my four children and I stopped for lunch at this restaurant. Unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing. Two managers were overheard speaking negatively about us, which felt very unprofessional. Although they brought our food promptly, it was clearly not freshly prepared. When I inquired if they could return the meals to the kitchen, their response was lacking in customer service. Overall, I was not impressed and will not be returning to this establishment."

It's not bad, considering it's McDonald's. Their new automated system can be a hassle, and they can be a bit slow at times. However, overall, they usually get the orders right and serve the food quickly.
