I stumbled upon a hidden gem! I was attending a conference nearby and this hotel was recommended to me. Not only is it stunning, but the staff are also incredibly friendly. And to top it off, the vegan food options were all fantastic.

This restaurant could easily be considered a high-end establishment anywhere. We traveled to Versailles specifically to try the food after hearing such great reviews, and we were not disappointed. I started with a pear and smoked blue cheese salad that was absolutely delicious. It was topped with bacon, blue cheese, pears, a variety of fresh greens, walnuts, and had a heavenly taste. Next, I tried the mussel special, which was indeed special. The mussels were sweet and flavorful, served with a generous serving of sautéed vegetables and a delightful broth.
