I stumbled upon a hidden gem! I was attending a conference nearby and this hotel was recommended to me. Not only is it stunning, but the staff are also incredibly friendly. And to top it off, the vegan food options were all fantastic.

I started with a pear and smoked blue cheese salad that was absolutely delicious. It was topped with bacon, blue cheese, pears, a variety of fresh greens, walnuts, and had a heavenly taste.
