"I've been here for years, but I noticed something last week when I was there. I saw one of the chefs used a blow dryer to cook the chicken. I live 15 miles from here, but will make the trip as often as possible. It's the best kabob spot in Orange County. Chicken cabob plate is fire! Do not forget to ask for the spicy sauce!
