"I've been here for years, but I noticed something last week when I was there. I saw one of the chefs used a blow dryer to cook the chicken. I mean, whatever he was trying to use it, can't be sanitary! I've never seen anyone using a blow dryer to cook food. I think everyone should be aware of this. I'm not going to the barbecue until I heard the health department checked the place. If they use a fan dryer, they also have to do other things with the good."

I live 15 miles from here, but will make the trip as often as possible. It's the best kabob spot in Orange County. Chicken cabob plate is fire! Do not forget to ask for the spicy sauce!
