I don't know much about how Sardinian Food is different to classic Italian Cuisine but it was excellent. We had some...special requirements though which were no problem for the kitchen at all. Tortellini alla Panna was not on the menu but they made it for us. They had Porcini in some dishes but no Pasta with Porcini. But they made Pasta with Porcini for us. Both dishes were great. We also had a Hog Roast with vegetables and a Pizza. Both of it delicious. Service is great as nothing seems to be a problem for them. Well done.
