Good food. Good service. Good prices. Good atmosphere. We only had 3 apps for our meal and they were all good. Smoked fish, roasted green tomatoes and roasted groupers Nuggets.

We had brunch this last Saturday and it was delicious! The chicken and waffles were the best I ever had. The waffles were like funnel cake, so sweet that I didn't need a syrup! And the service was great, I think our waitress was Taylor. Very friendly and fast with refills. Love that the old house was converted into a restaurant!

This is an update to my previous review. I originally gave them 3 stars. I'll change it to 1 star. I contacted Phoebe because she responded to my review, asked me to contact her. I came to her, was offered a gift card (I did not ask for one), giving them another opportunity to improve my experience. I asked her 2xs by email how she would send the gift card. I was fed. OP Fish House is hit or miss. Usually Sundays are the best day to go. It just didn't do it today. The food lasted very long, although it looked delicious, it was cold. My family has been here several times. It is either great or moderate. I'm sure they're dealing with supply problems, like everyone else. It'll take time to try...
