"Worth the stop on our way to Corpus Christi. Almost missed it, but my girlfriend's persistence won. Pulled in and could not have asked for a better experience! Dylan was great with his knowledge of the products and the company. His heart to serve was so evident and we were blessed to have him help us! We talked all the way to the bottoms of our gelato cups. His testimony is great and his care/attitude matched! The cherry and citrus gelato were a perfect combo and of course we had to bring some gelato along for the road trip. One of my friends in really into gelato, and when she heard about OroBianco, she drove out to Blanco from Austin to try it. She loved it so much that she decided she wanted to do a Blanco/Fredericksburg day trip to celebrate her birthday. Honestly, I didn 't think it would be worth driving 1.5 hours for gelato, but I was wrong. This stuff is absolutely killer. I 'd read about how buffalo milk has a much higher fat content than cow 's milk, and creates a much creamier gelato as a result, but kind of figured, How different could it be?
