"because of a birthday we were eating as a family in rodizio in Verden. "very disappointing. I tried to call time to make a reservation, no one took the call. also no answer machine. we took our chances to ask for a table for an early dinner. we were told. if we hadn't eaten or dessert, they would take us. the menu looked interestingly diverse, but for a rustic Italian place perhaps only a tad pricy, especially since the pizza toppings are relatiw spersome. the bacon gorgonzola pernenpizza came without pear looking very wet, with soft speck. when they have taken back the pizza to add the pears, we asked that it be thrown back for a few minutes in the many. the pizza came back after a few minutes with pear cubes, so delicate. we approached the waiter who sent us the owner. he told us in the ground that the pizza should be like that. we asked if we could send him back, he said no, the water is from the goat. when we told him we wouldn't pay for the soggy pizza, we said we should pay for the other pizza holiday. we have been stunned, since this has never happened to us. it is in very bad taste to treat customers so arrogant."
