"This place is nice. It seems like they are not just focused on one type of nationality for food. They they have plenty to choose from. I was greated right away. Staff is nice and of course bilingual. I ordered to go everything that I said I wanted was done exactly how I said it. The food was good I would try other stuff from here in the future I recommend this spot."

I didn't really like the food, but our waiter was exceptional. Wish I did like it, because I would have no problem returning.

Service is always great when I dine in. Food is delicious and they always listen to how you like your food prepared. This order was the Chicken Torta! Delicious with mojito sauce.

The customer service I received at Pimento was very pleasant. The food was very tasty and not greasy or salty like other places it was just right. I went 2 days in a row and both times I had a great experience. First day I dined in and 2nd day I ordered curbside.

"The food was late. We assumed to visit the show over the street and on time. There were 4 of us. Two people first got food. Other two people with us had to wait for their escapes. On the menu it said that the salmon came with asparagus. My friend and I ordered salmon. I got asparagus. She got green beans instead. All in all, no good experience."

"after waiting for the brunette to do with the people in the back. she turned around very rude, asked about the name, then turned around again to talk to the young in the back. a guy came into the window and said someone already picked up my order. she argued with him for a minute about the half of my order was in the window and then with someone else about what was on the order. Nobody told me what's going on. after a few minutes. I thought my order was not ready and went and waited in the car. after 15 minutes. just to find out that they had just put the order in the many after I was there more than 20 minutes. while I was in the load, the woman waited on the back again and again with everyone on the back. everyone I could see on the back stood around and nobody seemed to know or care what was going on. this load was great 2 months ago. it seems that they have to rebuild the entire personal. very unprofessional?"

"I know they are trying their best, but we have never had a good experience here. You?d think after personally complaining to corporate (which i hate doing, for real) and so many negative reviews they?d improve, but i guess not. Tonight they neglected to tell us that their steam wand was broken, and both of our drinks were cold when one was hot. They both tastes like water, mocha, coffee, and syrup . Gross. I asked for a sugarplum latte, not iced coffee with sugarplum (for clarification). I?m honestly flabbergasted that the store is still open."

I go in ordered 3 beef and cheddars get back on the expressway and no dressing on our sandwiches so disappointed. Do you need to ask for it now? We haven't been for a while. So I don't know"

"Love this place!! Love the food, only thing that is ever a question is the chicken tenders. Sometimes they’re great, sometimes they are over cooked, when they are cooked right best chicken tenders around. Except you don’t know when that will be."
