"The creativity of Chef Myles is to be admired. The salmon was a superior cut. The requested rare preparation was just perfect. Thank you Chef! I requested well-done brussel sprouts. They were not eaten. They were so hard and under-cooked that my fork could not piece them. Jeanine offered to return them but they were so hard, I wasn’t sure they could be prepared to my liking. Unc had the sirloin. Great cut. Cooked perfectly. Sauce a nice addition. Unfortunately, the cut was rather tough and chewy. The strawberry empanada was the highlight of the meal. Lamb loin dinner was excellent. Best ever. Service, very very good. Do not order the cherry dessert. This was my birthday dessert. Looked and tasted like something that was cellophane wrapped bought at a truck stop. Dry and nasty. Also they need better dinner bread. Dry and nasty, probably from last year. Good jam though. Overall, dinner was fab and will go again.
