"We were today with a group 16P with preorder to the lunch table in Alto. In this respect the kitchen was prepared and the veal and the Loup de Mer were also very good from the presentation and taste. It was covered as usual, so also bread plates and knives. Only, there was no bread at least at our table. Only on demand did it “we forgot unfortunately”????My table neighbour had ordered a glass of wine to eat, was advised (dry) but it was not served. Even with the drinks it did not go round. But if you pay 50€ for 2P (fish & meat), you can expect more attention."

My husband and I are always a bit weary of dining in a hotel since the quality is very often not to par.What a nice surprise this restaurant was!Try the "Asian Box" with Vietnamese dim sum, just-seared tuna,...etc. No wonder the chef had lived in Asia for a while: it sure showed. My husband went for an enormous Wiener Schnitzel: good, but way too big!

Ein schönes Ambiete, ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen. Ein freundlicher Service und eine sehr gute Küche (neudeutsch = crossover). Unsere Empfehlung: Bestellen Sie das Rinderfilet mit Spinat und Kartoffel-Trüffelgratin. Eine traumhafte Kombination. Auch andere Gerichte sind durchaus empfehlenswert, auch wenn die Titel u.U. täuschen können. Wir hatten z.B.bei dem Gericht "Sesamhähnchen" eine Erwartungshaltung, die sich nicht erfüllt hat, dafür aber eine interessante fernöstliche Variante eines Gerichtes mit Huhn kennengelernt.
