"I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant, and as someone from Hunan, I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking to try Xiangcai cuisine for the first time. The presence of a map showcasing Changsha city on the table evoked a warm and welcoming feeling. The food at this place is outstanding, especially the spicy chicken gizzards and the fish dishes, which I thoroughly enjoyed. As someone who lived in China for 5 years and speaks the language a bit, I can be quite hard on Chinese restaurants in the US. Sei Bar delivers some of the best Chinese food I've ever had outside of China, and their Hunan style is so authentic and loaded with flavor. (Hunan Province is one of the places I lived). The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. I recommend the Chairman Mao Pork Belly, Cumin Lamb, and any of the stir fried greens like cabbage and AA Choy. If you want a small, quaint atmosphere and super authentic Chinese food, this is the place.
