Competitiveness, taste and consistency. The Georgia cute also the best sauce I had. As a truck driver I am not a regular customer But once or twice every few months I make it a must to stop. I can't leave there without the soul dust dry rub and a few bottles of sauce. I recently discovered that her Georgia sweet grill sauce won first place for best sauce in Georgia. We are vacationing on the island and decided to stop in a mood. I have the three meat plate (Pork, Brisket and Sausage) and the Brisket Chili. Every piece of the meal was excellent! I'll be back, even if I have to drive from Atlanta, just for the day.
