"The service at this restaurant is terrible; the staff is rude and never let customers know when their drink is ready. They do not pay attention to what customers have ordered, making it difficult for them to know what is what. The coffee here is also not as good as at other locations. The people at Starbucks especially in the morning they're very knowledgeable of their customers and they greet you individually if they know you good job
