"We had reservations for and tix to a show that started at we did not get seated til We already had looked at the menu and knew what we wanted so when our waitress came less than a min later we placed our order then and let her know of our situation. At we still did not have our food at which point we stood up and was talking to the hostess to see if we could pay for our food and pick it up after the show, just then our food arrived at out table. We did sit down and had a couple bites before we put the rest in togo boxes and went to our show. Food was great waitress was great. Kitchen dropped the ball. I will not go again unless I have nowhere to be afterwords"

We were seated and waited for minutes for a waiter to even acknowledge us. They all walked by us numerous times. Im not ine to complain. I understand busy times, etc. But was pretty bad

We dined al fresco and enjoyed the charming ambiance. However, the service was disappointingly slow and the drinks were of poor quality. We were advised to order a sandwich due to the extended wait time for a steak, which was an hour. Additionally, it took thirty minutes to receive our drinks. Overall, there is room for improvement in their service efficiency.

Our dining experience was terrible. Our group of three had high hopes for this restaurant, but we were left disappointed. We were seated and waited 20 minutes without any staff coming to greet us or offer water. It took another 15 minutes to get our drinks, including a bottle of wine that we had to request be kept cold with ice, which was never provided. The meal itself was cold, and my appetizer-turned-main dish was over-battered and soggy. Despite requesting to speak to the manager, we were brushed off by our waiter who attempted to contact the manager but never followed through. Overall, it was a dreadful experience.
