"Honestly probably the best coffee (island nut) Ive ad in a long time. Bagel was delicous and the Blueberry Muffin looks good, but i havent gotten a chance to try it yet. All in all definitely worth a shot."

"Cocula Mexican Restaurant has very recently changed ownership. It is now Mariscos Nayarit. My family made plans to meet at Cocula last Saturday night. We were shocked to see that the name has changed. The menu is entirely different and the prices are higher. The menu was not the conventional Mexican we are accustomed to. LOTS of weird seafood dishes. The service was terrible. We were seated without menus. Someone in our party went to the hostess station (which was unattended) and got some menus. The server brought chips and thin watery salsa before taking our drink orders. We didn't even have napkins or eating utensils yet. Some of our orders were not correct. Even though there is a bar, I don't think it is in operation no draught beef or mixed drinks. We asked for glasses for our beer but never received them. Despite all the cons, everyone thought their food tasted good.Cocula was our favorite Mexican restaurant and we are disappointed to see it closed. If it couldn't stay in business, I don't see how Mariscos has much chance of succeeding."

"We've ordered here a few times in the past when our favorite hibachi place was not open. In the past the food was tolerable, but nothing fantastic. Last night's order was steak hibachi and combo hibachi with two egg rolls. We ordered brown rice with one and fried rice with the other. These folks use INSTANT RICE for both their brown rice and their fried rice. It was nasty. The state on both plates was cooked to leather oblivion. Some of the zucchini on the plates is completely raw and uncooked and other pieces is cooked to black mush. None of the food had any seasoning whatsoever at all nada nil none. And their egg rolls were soggy because they're frozen and then deep fried and then crammed into packaging to sweat it out. We'll skip this joint going forward."

"I expected a bad service. At 11:30 there were few customers and few employees. About an hour later the crowd started to pick up. Our waitress was spectacular. She offered the finest service I had for a long time. When I was asked to meet there, I was not thrilled, but I am very happy that I agreed. The food was fabulous, my glass kept full and the waitress was very tender. I will definitely come back."

"I order the Crispy Shrimp Platter most times which is usually very good but today's was absolutely terrible. The shrimp were extremely overcooked and the fries had been fried twice. I think since I ordered after the lunch rush (around 2:30pm) that I got reheated leftovers. I spoke with Crystal the manager on duty who apologized and she offered another meal on my next visit, but I declined. I just want them to do the right thing all day, every day.Their standards are slipping which is pretty sad because I used to visit pretty often but I don't know what I'm going to get now a days."
