"the service was absolutely phenomenal, as our server was excellent, however, eating was abhorrent ... 3 of our 5 orders came either burned or raw and had to be refreshed several times to get them right ... sergio, the mod, was all ambivalent and acted as if he did not less that he trained new people on the grill and made them always mistakes on the food prep ... very disappointing food quality. our server, on the other hand, was in addition to the very friendly, more than apologetic and has handled itself very well among the circumstances."

we were a party with 8 birthdays. the evening was best slow. four out of eight dinners were either cooked or totally wrong. the two injustice were replaced by unusable, overcooked salmon. a piece was so small that they should have been embarrassing to serve it, and it was almost completely black. we love tgif’s, but would never return to this place.

my man and I decided to go a few weeks ago in tgi and it was terrible. we not only waited on the server, but 20 minutes to get a limo? the server was obviously brand new, but it should have been shaded by another employee. After waiting for an hour on a simple app and another 30 minutes on my escape, it finally came to my table. I had sent that back because it was cold, not happy. that was unacceptable.
