"my man and I decided to go a few weeks ago in tgi and it was terrible. we not only waited on the server, but 20 minutes to get a limo? the server was obviously brand new, but it should have been shaded by another employee. After waiting for an hour on a simple app and another 30 minutes on my escape, it finally came to my table. I had sent that back because it was cold, not happy. that was unacceptable."
