"One of my favorite restaurants, Cheesecake Factory has a wide range of food and drink options and the service here has always been amazing. At this visit we got the grilled chicken and avocado club, fish tacos, and a slice of the classic basque cheesecake, which is a creamy and delicious burnt-top cheesecake. Portion sizes do run fairly large here, but it is easy tosplit main courses among family and friends. The only downside is that this location tends to get very busy during peak hours,and wait times can go up to one hour. As a reference, we went around 1 PM and had a 20 minute wait, but we have previously goneat 4 pm and it took an hour to be seated. I do think the wait is worth it, and...

I have had a lot of Cheese Cake take outs but never really dined in until today. This place doesn?t take reservations and the wait times are usually about an hour. The food tasted great and the service was decent. Everything on their menu is very high incalories, Stay away if you?re someone who tracks your calorie intake. Must try the cheesecakes if you go.

We liked it, haven 't been to a dinner here in a while.. mostly just the dessert take out. Appetizer bread and pretzel bites were good. The pretzel bite cheese could have a bit thicker. I had the salmon and steak Diane combo with mashed potatoes. Steak Diane was good but salmon could have been better, I would have preferred the full steak Diane portion. My wife had the 4cheese pasta, but she said the cheese was just different and didn 't fit her preference. Edited Even over labor day weekend,service was spot on as well. Cheese cake dessert was amazing as always.

Our wait time with no reservation was two hour on a Saturday. It was my first time there and I have heard of the hype and it did not really live up to the expectations. The service was great and the atmosphere was nice. Here is my take : Good: the spinachand chips was really good. Very Bad:the Mac and cheese bites were not good. The salmon and herb was not all that and the shrimpcoconut with rice was not it. I did not care for the cheesecake either Later on that night I actually had a lot of stomach painand had to throw up all the food I had at the Cheesecake Factory. I don?t think I will be making the trip again and wait thetime I did for the mediocre food.

"I had made a reservation for my brothers birthday with the parents and his wife. Our server didn’t mention anything about it. The service was very slow. It took a crazy long time to get our drinks and our server, while nice, didn’t check on us very often. We had wanted more drinks and dessert and that took a minute and then when ready for the check we waited almost 30 minutes. At this point the restaurant was pretty empty so I’m not sure what was going on. The menu offerings were very limited and very few veggie or fish options (no salmon, shrimp, pasta, etc). There was a very bright light above the table that was blinding. The manager turned it down a bit but it was still very distracting. It gave me quite a headache. The food overall was cooked well and tasted good. The cocktails and wine were also good. I expected a little more overall for the price."

"this place used to be really good, but it goes downhill. my friend has a beef sandwich that was too salty. I had a breakfast with a side grotten. my eggs had shells in them, the pouring were granular. my hot cakes were burned. they need either new cooks or the old ones back or something. this place is müll after 2 o'clock. Cooking/food quality sucks. the need to remove from the door."

"NEWEST UPDATE 8 3 23: We did try Masala again, and ordered all VERY mild, but their level of spice is just too much for us. Very good food, but too spicy for our palate, so for those who like that, it 's great food! : UPDATE And now, this was the fastest owner response to a complaint we 've ever had! The owner called me approx 1.5 hours after I called in to tell them about the spice level problem, and apologized profusely. He hadn 't even read this review yet. He is refunding our money, said the kitchen mixed up our order with another who wanted medium plus , he has new staff, and so yes, we WILL try them again. He could not have been more apologetic or nicer, and so I will update this review once more after we order mild in the future, and get to EAT mild . : Fastest review turnaround I 've ever done. Ordered at 10:51 a.m. today, it was ready by 11:04, we finished tasting at 11:25. There is VERY little chicken in the korma maybe 4 little pieces and the rest sauce. Both the aloo gobi and the korma were ordered Mild , and BOTH dishes are far too spicy for us to eat. The just over $30 for small portions of overly spiced food is now in the trash. And when we called back to ask if a mistake had been made, as we could not eat their food, the woman answering the phone didn 't seem to care AT ALL. This was our first and now LAST time ordering food from this restaurant."

"I make a point to come to Big Tommy's every time I'm in town. They have authentic Greek food, just like my mom makes. Be sure to try the Avgolemono (lemon chicken rice soup, it is phenomenal! Also, my husband enjoys the Sunday brunch buffet breakfast meats, omelette station, pastries, fruits, salad, Greek specialties, and countless other items. Seriously a GREAT deal for under $15. Wish they would open a location in Milwaukee. (Hint, hint!"

"Splendid offerings, and accommodating servers and sushi chefs, preparing something my husband remembered from nearly 20 years ago that isn't explicitly on the menu. I highly recommend the Escolar Ceviche as an appetizer. Each menu item we ordered was exquisite, with moments of amazement over flavor-packed inclusions (like pomegranate seeds topping sushi roll pieces)! Find some great friends to join you at the table and make a great evening at Shiro! <Also of note: they had tables spaced more than sufficiently apart, adhered to face mask guidelines, and also had a contact tracing form for table guests to complete. They are maintaining high standards for safety!"
