I have eaten at The Pines multiple times and have never been disappointed. The service is excellent, always attentive to your needs. The menu offers a great selection with something for everyone and everything is absolutely delicious. You will not leave disappointed!

"It was called back by my cousin to get Mariscos here, happy to say that we were not the michelada was on point, the Campechana was beautiful and full of shrimp not like other places. Each dish was well served no detail overlooked. It is a small place with great service. Will be back. Even if I have to drive halfway."

"One of the best dining experiences I've ever had. A very impressive menu that's executed and served with such care and attention to detail. Several dining rooms to choose from each with their own ambiance and unique design that ties in with the culture of the casino. They also have some curated art work that really makes the room come alive. Even the floral arrangements are hand crafted in-house! Cocktails are delightful and they have an extensive wine and whiskey collection with selections you're not going to find anywhere else. The food will knock your socks off! Each dish is work of art. There's no other restaurant of this calibre in the area that can match the quality, originality and level of service."

"Great service, excellent food. We ordered the pad-cha fish (my personal favorite), yellow curry, green curry, roasted tofu, padthai and fresh papaya salad. Everything was delicious and fresh. No pictures we were too busy enjoying the food. We will definitely return."

"The Bistro is my favorite restaurant in the IE. The staff is so warm and friendly and makes you feel like family! Waitstaff Chip, Liz, Athena, Justice and Olena are amazing! I can honestly say I have never had a bad service here. Don and Robin and Paul make the most beautiful drinks! Andrew the manager and Chef Kyle with his inspired menus are doing AMAZING things here!! Try the rib eye, the berry burratta salad, the steak and eggs, the ahi appetizer, stuffed chicken thighs, the blue berry cheesecake or the house salad with ahi! You will NOT be disappointed.
