"This is a very small restaurant in Montrose and looks a little beat up from the road but we decided to give it a try. We are so glad we took the chance. We got there just before they opened and were the second couple to be seated. Within 30 minutes of sitting down the place was packed without any open tables. It seems that the local people of Montrose know that this is really good Italian food. All the food is cooked to order and it showed. We had the Rigatoni Al Arrabbiata, Rigatoni pasta, sautéed Italian sausage, garlic, crushed pepper, marinara sauce. It was very good. We are from San Diego and we are on a trip in Colorado and stopped by here. The staff is very kind and the pasta is sooooo delicious. You can also change the sauce for the pasta you want. The restaurant is small but so pretty and clean. I want to come again and again.

I thought it was one of the better meals I had while in town. The soup was fresh, hot and soothing. The main course and dessert were of the same measure as well. The only thing that brought the score to 4 stars was that portion size was smaller compared to prices charged, but this would not stop me from going again.

Had dinner with five friends; we all had something else, and everything was absolutely fabulous (yes, we have beaten each other's plates). Each guest was cooked for perfection and even the vegetables were perfectly cooked; not throw this muddy or barely boiled type most restaurants on your plate. It was New Year's Eve so it was packed, but the service was fast, efficient and very friendly. BTW saves space for dessert.
