Also the location on the Haxtergrund is very good. The restaurant is very beautifully designed. You feel very comfortable in it, even if the chairs could be a bit more cozy and the room around some tables could be a bit more lush if you often stand up like brunch. The service is very nice and understands what the customer wants. The frequency and control of the filling levels at the buffet could be optimized. The food could be a bit higher quality and more lush in the selection at the price. A warm drink would also like to be in the price.

We were only the first time in the forest and meadow cafe for dinner about two weeks ago. We liked the atmosphere so well that we wanted to try the breakfast buffet. We liked our brunch very well. The price of performance is definitely true. For me quite persuasively I would like to have quark and perhaps one or two varieties of fruit beside the yogurt and the fruit salad, but otherwise the selection was multi-coloured and plentiful it has always been laid down. After a short time, a very dedicated, friendly and fantastically fast service will come to meet the beverage requests. The drinks came quite fast and there was nothing to complain about. The service power is the hammer! He constantly flashes through the premises with a friendly smile and a brittle touch on his lips and accepts wishes and orders. The man must have breakfast a Duracell battery... Also the food was flotted at the table and the presentation is very stylish and appetizing. Just getting the spits served hanging over a plate is an eye-catcher. Classic currys are served in the bowl. The quantities are enough to get an average man pappsatt. "Had last visited and eaten at the Brauhaus in 2006 so this was a trip down memory lane. Their is a saying that you should never go back, but this definitely not the case here. The food was even better than I remembered. I had the wild boar in a rich gravy with red cabbage flavoured with a pear and red currant sauce and a potato side. It was to die for. I accompanied this with a large Warsteiner beer which was crisp and refreshing. I then had the doughnuts with pears and cream for dessert and they were equally superb. The Brauhaus is my favourite bar in Paderborn. It is perfect for a couple or for a large group night out. I would recommend booking ahead in the Spring/Summer. You will not be disappointed."
