"I leave only 4 stars because our order is 60% of the time correct. We are regular customers of Whataburger Roanoke, TX since their opening. (at least twice a week). Honestly, not our first choice (because of the long waiting period, the lack of consistency and the constant abandonment of objects from our order) but they have the monopoly on "fast food" here after 9 a.m. Of course there is always Taco Bell... ya. The reason for a review today is because they not only forget the items from our order last night, but it seems that they did this expediently. My son ordered (and paid) a grilled cheese sandwich. He got 2 slices of Texas toast wrapped in the paper that it would normally come with a...

Who doesn't love Whataburger? We had the Sweet and Spicy Bacon Burger and Patty Melt food deals. Hot and fresh frits with classic and spicy ketchup, refine! Shake chocolate, nice and thick as you should be.

What a great place. Super fast service...Great tasting Burger and Spicy Ketchup was great with the Fritten. Lots of food for not much money. The staff was SUPER friendly and attentive. You are a well-run franchise

Not quite sure, but they changed a guard here. The last orders we have set were correct on the 1st run, the staff seems more committed and attentive, and things seemed to be just better order. I hope this is a continuing trend as they struggle for a while to maintain our trust and business.
