"I leave only 4 stars because our order is 60% of the time correct. We are regular customers of Whataburger Roanoke, TX since their opening. (at least twice a week). Honestly, not our first choice (because of the long waiting period, the lack of consistency and the constant abandonment of objects from our order) but they have the monopoly on "fast food" here after 9 a.m. Of course there is always Taco Bell... ya. What a great place. Super fast service...Great tasting Burger and Spicy Ketchup was great with the Fritten. Lots of food for not much money. The staff was SUPER friendly and attentive. You are a well-run franchise

Not quite sure, but they changed a guard here. The last orders we have set were correct on the 1st run, the staff seems more committed and attentive, and things seemed to be just better order. I hope this is a continuing trend as they struggle for a while to maintain our trust and business.
