"I leave only 4 stars because our order is 60% of the time correct. We are regular customers of Whataburger Roanoke, TX since their opening. (at least twice a week). Honestly, not our first choice (because of the long waiting period, the lack of consistency and the constant abandonment of objects from our order) but they have the monopoly on "fast food" here after 9 a.m. Of course there is always Taco Bell... ya. The reason for a review today is because they not only forget the items from our order last night, but it seems that they did this expediently. My son ordered (and paid) a grilled cheese sandwich. He got 2 slices of Texas toast wrapped in the paper that it would normally come with a sticker that said “drilled cheese”. The sticker literally said GRILLED CHEESE on him and the entrance said GRILLED CHEESE. But sad, in the interior of the winding put two lonely pieces of Texas Toast. Not even a tiny shredder cheese on bread. Of course we always check our order and of course we need to come again and again to get the rest of our order that they leave, but I never really open the sandwiches to make sure that they are actually a sandwich instead of packing two slices of bread, dressed as a sandwich. I know you're super busy and I'm always polite for the people who work there, even if they forget half of our order, then we'll wait 20 minutes in the car break to get the rest, but can you try a little harder? I mean, it was funny... a sweet little joke, but really boys? Again, I leave more stars than I originally wanted. Don't try to destroy your assessment. I just want you to recognize the meaning of consistency and it wasn't cool for you to serve my son Texas Toast as a grilled cheese sandwich. I'll post pictures too."
