"We travel frequently and found the staff to be very friendly and willing to speak English with us. Ruth Sturm was very accommodating with breakfast each morning and any help we required...super great staff! The coffee is out of this world! Wish we could buy it in the states. The breakfast in the morning with the bread and cake was amazing as well. The rooms are very clean. This was definitely a great choice for us. We highly recommend this hotel. And to add to that, we had to extend our stay by one day unexpectedly and they were kind enough to accommodate us without question."

The Hotel Gasthof Zur Windmuhle is a comfortable, friendly place to stay! I have stayed there numerous times for work and vacation and always find it clean, quiet and friendly. It is family owned and operated. The restaurant serves delicious, traditional, German food. The owners and staff and super friendly and helpful!

I liked it today as well as the last times. The meat was tender and roasted to the point. The portions are more than sufficient and the supplement salads with many varieties and loving details, such as Croutons. The service is really attentive and accommodating. I'll be happy to come back and give me the evening! Every cent is well invested!

We stayed three nights in late November and really enjoyed the stay. The staff was very pleasant and professional. The drink and food was excellent. The breakfast buffet is very nice and the supper meals are as good as I have had in Germany. We also lived in Germany for over three years, so I know good food. The new bedrooms are very comfortable.
