"When you sit at a table you are required to take the 4 course meal. We had cocktails to start which were weak for the price point. The 1st course was good. Gnocchi were fresh though too large to eat out lf a tiny cup. The crab toast was overpowered with red peppers killing the delicate flavor of the crab. The salad course was too out there for us. A salad with some lettuce would have been nice. None of.us ate the beets but the other option was not any more appealing. The main course was the most disappointing. The pork looked and tasted like a $5 pork chop from the grocery store. It was tough and flavorless and the sauce tasted like something from a jar and wasn't appealing. There was zero wow factor or love In this dish. The steak was also a disappointment. It was super thin and fatty. Reminded me of steak and eggs from the waffle house. The pasta dish was fresh and the best of all. The lemon tart was Tart and overall good. Ice cream was standard exactly what your would expect. Again nothing made us say wow. The wait staff was excellent snd the atmosphere of the restaurant is warm and inviting. I would not return for this disappointing menu but may try another night once it changes."

"I am a native of bangor. I don't live here anymore, but I'm never gonna get a blow when I come to visit. that was the best experience! I felt like in the inner city of boston. the roads lived with a contagious summer energy. the outside seat area was large and almost full. I decided to sit inside. I sat in a window seat and enjoyed the eclectic look of the people who migrated. I am not too old to enjoy a beautiful landscape. I'm sure there were some of them. (view photos) my waitress, tyra (left) was exceptionally sweet and very attentive. the bartender was friendly and makes a stellar drink. for those who are unfamiliar, sits blaze in a building that is more than 100 years old. in the cellar there is a nuclear subsoil. nextdoor is the charles inn. it is considered by some as persecuted and, once presented in the hotel impossible al brady was rejected by fbi just outside both buildings. In 1937 he and his band came to bangor to buy machine guns from a local sports shop. the fbi was tipped off. the shootout was described as a spectacular weapons battle (see wikipedia.) when they come to bangor, do not miss it, in this beautifully renovated restaurant rich in history and ghost sitting"

"Came for lunch with family, from out of town. Kris helped up us select a meal and drinks and was very patient with our banter. He was a great addition for our family experience! Would recommend dinner or lunch with Kris serving us!"

"Bangor's best! Tons of cheese. Soft but cruncy crust. Plenty of toppings. The jalapeño popper cheese bread and regular cheese bread could be meals by themselves. Decent prices and staff made you feel like you were eating at home."

"I just waited in line at 11:45 AM to order lunch as my family and I were at the Art festival when They decided to shut down on the spot and take a break , sending everybody away .. When i asked to speak to the manager , the Barista gave me a hard time as she raised her voice and pleaded with me to tell her why i was calling her boss.. Anyways , before i could call him , she had already called and made it out like i was rude and disorderly.. He told me never to come back.. The food isnt even good.. i wouldnt call them Baristas either.. not if youve been to a real cafe with real customer service..dont waste your time or . The lil place next door was great though.."

"Wow! Wow! And Wow!! We literally just arrived in Bangor from a road trip through Canada. (Staying in Acadia National Park for a few days before heading home to Florida) The beers were so good as was the ramen but the Poke was out of this world! We’ve had Poke in Hawaii many times but this has to be one of the best Poke ever!! Everything was so fresh!! Great service too!"

"I've eaten at the Albuquerque location and this location in the last two weeks. Their steaks are on point and cooked to perfection. The brussel sprouts, asparagus, and broccoli are fresh, crisp and roasted at the right time and temperature. The mac n cheese is rich and creamy. The staff is friendly and professional. The restaurant is clean with a great ambiance. The perfect margaritas are just that, perfect. I'll definitely be back."

"The Trolley Shops restaurant was on the way back from a trip to PA. The food was amazing and the trolley memorabils on the walls were quite interesting. The Pork Roll was very good and quite different. It is a pretty little place that I would definitely recommend if you are nearby and want a big breakfast for short money."

"While on our trip to New England, one evening we drove to Bangor from Bar Harbor just to eat at Paddy Murphy's. One of my wife's friends recommended it from her trip to Maine a few years ago. As it turns out, it was worth the trip. The parking situation was terrible but we finally found a spot. It comes across as a real Irish Pub with a great selection of beers and other drinks but the menu has a lot more variety than what you'd find in most Irish pubs. We had everything from an open-faced reuben to grilled fish tacos to fried clams. Everything was well prepared, tasty and the prices were more than reasonable. While it was somewhat crowded, our table was in the window and so we didn't feel cramped or closed in. Our waiter was very nice and we had a good time. It was an hour drive each way for us but the scenery was beautiful and Paddy Murphy's made it worth the trip."

"Great sauce! One of the biggest factors in pizza is the sauce. Not my preference for the dough/crust though. Kind of like a cross between traditional pizza and deep dish. too crispy. Otherwise these things are loadedand heavy. Very filling. The Mozzarella sticks should be renamed to Mozza Logs because they are ridiculously large!"

"Would highly recommend this Irish pub and restaurant to anyone who likes delicious home style tasting food with unique twists! I had the Shepard's pie and wow best I've had! Awesome amount of food and more meat than potato which personally i enjoy. Also it was made with lamb i think rather than beef. Had a friendly and helpful server named Chrissy or similar who talked me thru how their beer flights worked and i tried one even lol"

"The food was great and the beer list is insane. There were so many great options. The seltzer they had on tap was incredible. No chemically taste at all. The outdoor seating in the back is welcoming although they were super busy so the service was a bit slow. The burger deal on Thursday nights is worth it!"

"Chick-fil-A has some of the best fast food chicken in the business, hands down. People, including myself, can say and think what they want about the companies owners, presidents and CEO's, and company beliefs and policies. I do not, by any means, ever always agree with every business owners thoughts and actions when it comes to their own business and I'll be the first to admit it.However, I would have to say that by far and away, the staff there is always friendly to me, and my food has never been less than what I wanted or expected. If an order was filled incorrectly, they're always willing to make it right. When dine in without social distancing was available, they even had staff coming around to customers tables, checking in, like regular restaurant wait staff, asking if they could get you more sauce, or a refill on your drinks, etc. That's just unheard of these days in any fast food environment, so kudos to them for not letting their high standards go by the wayside even during a pandemic!"

"Seriously I'm pissed. Ubereats driver named KAYLA screwed up and didn't pick up the food I originally ordered for two hour. However, how It Just Wings screwed up is after I canceled the I cancel the first after it being TWO HOURS LATE. I ordered the same meal, but with a twist, I ordered two of the same sauces as in the first order and then one other one. The canceled food would’ve been considered a tax write off, instead, you decided to send me TWO-HOUR OLD FOOD AND UNREFRIDRATE SAUCE. Everything was cold/stale and how I knew it was the TWO-HOUR OLD FOOD, other then the sauces was the fries had moisture from the contents be hot at one point going into the box then becoming cold on the inside of the container with water droplets. That is a health food violation in the making. Thankfully I got a full refund from ubereats. However, don't ever do that again. One meal shouldve been a tax write-off and the other should've been the one I paid for. Instead I didn’t pay for any meals I received, because of the failure to provide fresh hot food. The taste is fine, but the freshness today was terrible."

"I've always had good things to say about governor's but last night I was not. I ordered the pot roast and it was stringy and hard to chew, the Mashed potatoes was literally less than a dollop. When I said to the waitress I know this isn't the usual amount and she just looked at me and walked off. Very disappointed"

"The food is to die for. It's the most delicious food you will ever find throughout the whole State. I love how you can just walk around to pick and choose from each buffet table, the waiters are wonderful and there's plenty of parking in front or the back lot. Bathrooms are clean and it's just a really great family atmosphere. Our grandkids are fascinated with the wishing well. Didn't see any fish though. Not sure where they all went. Always fun to go with a group. We've been coming here for years and hope to continue for many more."
