"if I could give 0 stars I would. I told myself I would stop going to Dunkin because of the poor customer service half the time, the drinks aren 't even made correctly. but against my better judgment, I decided to give them another try. I ordered the Frozen Ice Spice drink an iced coffee on the app. of course when I come to pick up my order, the girl at the drive thru says they 're cleaning the frozen drink machine says they can refund me. I said ok, do you need my card? she said with an attitude no, I can give you cash you paid on the app. umm, so I paid cash on the app right? orrr.. trying to keep my composure as I had my kid with me, I said ok.. she hands me my money my iced coffee. I said thank you. she said NOTHING, not sorry for the inconvenience, not have a goodnight, NOTHING. she just shut the window. not like anything will be done because yall always have horrible service and rude employees every single time I come through. maybe yall haven 't noticed but everyone runs on STARBUCKS now is exactly why I will drive out of my way to go there before going around the corner to DD."
