I told myself I would stop going to Dunkin because of the poor customer service half the time, the drinks aren 't even made correctly. but against my better judgment, I decided to give them another try. I ordered the Frozen Ice Spice drink an iced coffee on the app. of course when I come to pick up my order, the girl at the drive thru says they 're cleaning the frozen drink machine says they can refund me. Horrible customer service. They don't let people in the store but won't let people order from the drive through if they are walking. I wonder if the CEO knows.

Monday Friday they are perfect, Saturday and Sundays they get my simple 2 drink order mixed up with someone else 's (every time). Confronted management on the issue and I now understand why they have horrible service on the weekends (he refused to take responsibility on the restaurant 's ongoing mistakes). Definitely avoid this restaurant during their overwhelming business hours. Service: Take out
