"BAD EXPERIENCE! Not with the food, but the manager. I ordered a Big Boy with no tartar sauce. They brought it with. (when we got the ticket, we could tell that the waitress had ordered it correctly . So the waitress took it back and brought another one. Upon biting into it I tasted tartar sauce; upon inspection I discovered it had merely been wiped off (What if I had an allergy to this stuff? . Told the waitress, she got he manager. Manager said it looked ok, but showed her the sauce. She took it off the bill, but her attitude, and the lack of apology, ruined the whole experience for us. I have had bad service in restaurants before, and have complained on RARE occasions. When a mistake is made, an apology can cover a lot of sins. But NO APOLOGY? No thanks. We won't be back."
