"We arrived at our reservation time only to be told that there were no high chairs available and we would have to wait. After a 35-minute wait, we were finally seated but still without a high chair. Following the advice of other guests, we decided to check out the buffet. Unfortunately, there were no plates and many people waiting to be served. The omelette station was backed up with orders and there were no plates available to serve them on. Additionally, most of the chafing dishes were empty and the carving station was not labeled. The advertised menu did not match what was actually being offered. It seemed like Mother's Day was a special event that was poorly prepared for and overwhelmed by the response. By the time we left without eating, the hall was packed with people waiting. If they plan to continue hosting events like this in the future, they will need to better prepare and manage the response or take fewer reservations. If not for our two hungry children, we may have stayed to see if the situation improved. Overall, it seemed unlikely that the buffet would be worth the money."
