"I want to warn you about a restaurant that I had a terrible experience at, and I highly recommend that you do not eat there. The staff was awful, and the same goes for the manager. When I arrived with my party of 14 at 7:15 pm, I checked in with the hostess to let them know that we were ready. However, she told me that the room was almost ready. At 7:45 pm, I checked again, and she said that my party had already been seated. Shockingly, they had given our reservation to another group that had a reservation at 6:30 pm. This ruined my daughter 's celebration of just graduating from college. They finally gave us a table at 9 pm, and to make matters worse, they tried to give me coupons for a free dessert. After being seated, they put water on the table but didn 't give us any glasses. We asked the server for glasses, but he instantly became rude and said, Well, you don 't want anything else. We waited for 15 minutes, but he didn 't return, so I went and asked the manager, who was also hostile. I told him that we shouldn 't have been given a table in the first place, and I alerted him to the other party being seated in the room that should have been given to us. He then said, We will right off the drinks you had at the bar. The female server was constantly muttering things under her breath, which my daughter heard. Finally, when the bill came, it was completely wrong. After three times, they finally fixed it. The food was mediocre, but the overall experience was terrible and unacceptable."
