On June 14, 2024, before our 4:00 pm reservation, my wife and I checked in with our server, Angela at the “Parkway Prime Steakhouse and Lounge” restaurant. The restaurant is a tenant of the “DoubleTree by Hilton”. The receipt shows “DoubleTree by Hilton” instead of the restaurant's name. We had a reservation for 7:15 and we were seated promptly. I ordered the Grapefruit Martini and my partner ordered a the Santo Margarita and they were delicious. Our server was kind and was quick to check in on us. Unfortunately, the majority of our food was inedible. I ordered the lobster risotto and the lobster was so tough that it was incredibly hard to chew and had little flavor. My partner ordered the 16oz New York Strip and a side of the brussel sprouts. Their steak was ordered medium rare but when it arrived it was well done, zero pink inside of that cut of meat.
