Parkway Prime Steakhouse Lounge

On June 14, 2024, before our 4:00 pm reservation, my wife and I checked in with our server, Angela at the “Parkway Prime Steakhouse and Lounge” restaurant. The restaurant is a tenant of the “DoubleTree by Hilton”. The receipt shows “DoubleTree by Hilton” instead of the restaurant's name. We enjoyed the appetizers: Calamari Fritti $15): It was crispy fried tossed in a sweet chili topped with black garlic sesame aioli; Shrimp Toast $14) béchamel sauce, garlic spinach, spicy shrimp, mozzarella, cheddar, french bread. We had a reservation for 7:15 and we were seated promptly. I ordered the Grapefruit Martini and my partner ordered a the Santo Margarita and they were delicious. Our server was kind and was quick to check in on us. Unfortunately, the majority of our food was inedible. I ordered the lobster risotto and the lobster was so tough that it was incredibly hard to chew and had little flavor. My partner ordered the 16oz New York Strip and a side of the brussel sprouts. Their steak was ordered medium rare but when it arrived it was well done, zero pink inside of that cut of meat. I want to warn you about a restaurant that I had a terrible experience at, and I highly recommend that you do not eat there. The staff was awful, and the same goes for the manager. When I arrived with my party of 14 at 7:15 pm, I checked in with the hostess to let them know that we were ready. However, she told me that the room was almost ready. At 7:45 pm, I checked again, and she said that my party had already been seated. Shockingly, they had given our reservation to another group that had a reservation at 6:30 pm.
