"I usually do not leave bad reviews; but I felt it necessary to leave one for our last visit in this special chilis. When we arrived, we were informed by the host that our waiting time would be about 45 minutes. because this was about 4:45 on a Saturday, this was completely reasonable and expected. Here comes the one. after waiting for 45 minutes, we noticed that the people were turned by the hostess; they told them they would sit someone because there was a change between the employees. then she went back to her hostess without telling the people (including my party) what was going on. I then asked them what happened and informed us only then that they would not sit new people, but those of us who had waited, but with a cave, they did not know when. after that we waited 10 minutes and decided to go. not only the host has not handled the situation well, but no manager ever came out to inform the customers eating or those of us waiting that service temporarily stop, not to mention the fact that their employees fought (not sure whether both oral and physical, but we could at least hear screaming)."
