"Ordered the steak paleo bowl and added chicken to it. Got it with the lemon garlic sauce. Overall everything had really good flavor but, the food wasn't hot. I usually order to go from this place and it's never been an issue. I ordered it for dine in and my meal that was over $18 dollars wasn't hot. It was served on a paper plate. The sauce was served at room temperature inside plastic ramekins. This could definitely be improved. Otherwise, a great dinner served by friendly staff. Will definitely return for takeout."

"This was our first time trying out this restaurant. We were feeling hungry and happened to be in the area, so after seeing all the glowing five-star reviews, we decided to give it a shot. This vegan restaurant definitely lives up to its five-star rating. All of their dishes are free of meat and dairy, and 100% plant-based. The quality of their food puts other plant-based burger joints to shame, making them look like fast food in comparison. The restaurant was bustling with customers, including meat eaters who were waiting in line behind us to place their orders. The chicken tenders were incredibly flavorful and juicy, surpassing even traditional meat-based options. The food was exceptional, and the ambiance of the restaurant was charming. Their selection of sodas was impressive, particularly the gourmet soda which was delightfully sweet and refreshing. The BBQ burger with homemade onion rings was outstanding. I would happily make the trip from LA back to OC just to dine here again."

"I've never been disappointed by Mastros. I celebrated my anniversary there and they were not disappointed. I had a killer ridge eye with molten Bleu cheese up with sautéed jalapeños, which is for dying. My wife, the twin slumber. We shared the gnocchi and sautéed shrimps. I'll give him 10! An extra dirty martini filled with bleu cheese olives. I highly recommend sitting in the bar area. The singers are brilliant and it creates a great ambience."

"The Ceasar salad was average and portion side small. No bread is given. Main course had large portions and everything tasted great. No one ate the vegetables, would recommend green bean casserole next year as a replacement. They also had poor planning since this was a small menu by running out of the pumpkin martini and pumpkin cheese cake pie. The atmosphere and main course was what my party liked the best on this thanksgiving meal."

"Came here for Mother’s Day Brunch and the cafe is super cute! We had reservations and a gorgeous table. The food came fast, the staff were attentive. We ordered their açaí bowl, 2 egg omelette combo, a European waffle and lasagna (from lunch menu) we rounded it off with coffee, gelato mimosa and smoothie. All were yummy. For dessert, we had their gelato flight! Perfect ending! I’ll will definitely be back for lunch and dinner. The location is inside The Camp, so we strolled and window shopped to walk away the calories. Grazie Vitaly!"

"We found this jewel of a restaurant after surfing in the morning on the beach in Newport Beach... We ordered a few tacos and had the Clam Chowder. We didn't get all Tacos, but we really enjoyed the lobster, the bays and the swordfish. I can't express how much we ate. The atmosphere is also great. I'm going here all we're in town."

"Stopped to grab a quick bite for my daughter before her sewing class. We were hoping to at least get a slice of pizza since we only had 25 minutes before her class. This place was great, they have an 8? pizza special that includes a drink and salad. Only $11.99! Pizza was out to our table super fast and she was really impressed with the pizza! The crust was delicious! I enjoyed her salad!"

"Ambiance is great, I love the shops all around the restaurant. Came here with friends and everything we shared tasted amazing and the drinks and wine were spot on. Great service. I came back on with a date and we had a great experience as well. We do think the steak had too much for a burnt taste even though we ordered it medium raw but we were happily surprised that the dessert cakes were bigger than expected. Carrot cake is the winner for me. The salmon dish was amazing. The Chile relleno was interesting but I don?t think I would order it again. Would still come back to try more dishes and drinks."

"Descanso was definitely another kind of food, or should I say a new experience for me. We went for LA Plancha dinner, which is a multi-course menu for you cooked at the table. You start with a soup or salad, fried rice and your duck. I chose the Rock Steak, my mother had the Chile Relleno and my grandmother had Pollo Maya. I also had the Gurke y Sal margarita. Every dish had so much taste, I can't wait to go back. Steak was beautiful and juicy. I had them with a slice of boiled cheese that just melted on the steak. It was amazing. The employees from the beginning to the end were very attentive. If you want a great experience for your money, it is worth it. Check out their website for weekly specials. You even have Taco Tuesdays."

"Food: Their award winning garlic noodles is truly a must try. It definitely is one of my favorite garlic noodles around the area. was not a fan of garlic until I tasted this dish at AnQi! The fillet mignon was actually medium rare. Mostly seared outside and just enough redness in the middle to be medium rare. It was so soft and plump. Very nice texture and easy to eat. Keep in mind that it leans more towards the sweet side than savory due to the sauce. The truffle sashimi was also good, but lacked the quantity I was expecting for the price I paid. If you have one appetizer to choose from, hands down I would recommend to get their Award-Winning Tombo Tuna Tacos. The mix of flavors and textures of the tuna sashimi,white truffle, caviar, avocado, and crisped taco shells all complemented one another so well. It is delish! Service: The service is exceptional. Servers are very attentive and gave very helpful advice on the menu. Very knowledgeable about the ingredients in the dishes, which really helps if have any allergies. They go above and beyond to accommodate your wants with the menu. When there was a mistake on one of our orders, they immediately took it back and cooked a completely new dish to accommodate. Cost: I think that for the amount of food I receive, AnQi really sits at the more I expensive side of the spectrum. Overall: If you're into Asian fusion, looking for a nice sit down restaurant with great aesthetics , food and service not mind paying a more than your average restaurant) this is definitely a place for you. It's also located at South coast plaza so it's a very convenient place to eat if you want to take a break from shopping!"

"There are many people in this restaurant, it is full and loud. We also used Google Maps to find this location, and for some reason it led us through the plaza as it parking right in front of the entrance. When we came in, we had to wait for some time, but there is no proper waiting zone, so it was a bit unpleasant. The interior is really nice, very stylish. The lady on the front was a little detached. The food here is very good, so we decided to leave a 5-star review because the experience was finally pleasant. Mushroom soup was very good, lobster bisque was creamy and tasty, mushroom and lobster flatbread was also great, the salmon was juicy, the trout was slightly burned, but still quite good. The dishes are served very well and the waiter was attentive. Everything is cooked quite quickly, given the crowd of visitors. The stands are also private and comfortable. Good experience as a whole."

"This bar was so cute! First time there. Staff was friendly and made yummy drinks. It's hard to find a decent espresso martini these days, but the one made here was pretty good! Went on a Monday night with friends. We ordered the crispy fries, but they weren't very crispy. If you order them, make sure to ask for well done We sat in a corner lounge area that had plenty of space for us all to hang out together. Staff checked on us often to make sure we had everything we needed. I'm definitely going back there again!"

"Wow, the pizza here is absolutely incredible! It's incredibly tender and has the perfect crunch. The sauce is just right, and the combination of flavors is unique and bursting with deliciousness! We've made the trip three times already, even though it's a bit far—about an hour and 15 minutes from our home—but it's definitely worth it! I can’t wait to return! Even sitting outside during winter was comfortable thanks to the heaters. Plus, parking is a breeze with the valet service!"
