"My friend and I decided to check Sail Loft last night after the line was out of the door at Fay's restaurant and are we glad that we did it? As self-proclaimed food YESSSS. At first we waited for a while for a table, but I don't take any points from the review because the staff can't just get the people off to make room. We decided to order drinks while we wait, the drinks were great, strong and well mixed. I'm a Margarita snob and my drink was ON POINT. When we sat for dinner, we ordered the Pulled Pork Nachos. First, the part was massive. Impressive. It was hot hot hot, the cheese was melted and delicious, but the actual art of this dish is how well cooked the pig was, it was soft and well marinated. My important other hat BBQ sauce and he rave over how big the sauce was on this appetizer. For dinner we order the baked Mac and cheese with Lobster and the Smothered Steak Frites. At first, every bite of Mac and cheese Lobster had in it. The butter Lobster and the phenomenal cheese sauce that must be made in the house because it is too good to be packed, along with the bread crumb was above the top and WELL WORTH the price. The crushed steakfries, oh men, my friend is a sticker for properly cooked meat and he was head over hell for this dish, the meat was again tenderly marinated and the sauce divine. The truffles are crying, only heavenly. He said to me, I can never fries a different way.. so crispy and seasoned to perfection. Also the portions were worth MASSIVE and the money. We left both with food to go home and look forward to enjoying again. Our main courses were simply amazing. To dessert we have the chocolate cake, ice cream and coffee. I never order dessert when we go to dinner because I'm a snob over cake, but the chocolate cake was moist, good with the vanilla ice cream and just overall very pleasant. At the end of the night we were full, happy and excited to have found a new facility that we again often found. We look forward to Taco Tuesday. I have no idea what you're paying your chefs, but you should pay them more. The kitchen is divine and contemporary. The waiting staff was very sweet, always smiling and had a great demon among them. Excellent place to dine."

"Top 5 culinary experience of 2017. We are not strangers to Padanaram and completely open, cannot understand why we have never discovered this jewel. We enjoyed an amazing brunch, eating al fresco in a comfortable and quiet garden. The staff was welcoming and the wealthiest professionals. We were led by elections and all the reks were on site. We started with glittering water and a green tea for me and a spicy delicious **** Mary for my dining room soul mates. He chose an egg sandwich, I chose the French omelet and we shared the salmon gravelax. Food came hot and fast. My two egg perfectly boiled omelet came with a beautiful French cheese. It was light and airy and so cozy good. The side was the star, two portions crispy light rusti. I died and went to heaven. A beautiful spring green mixture decorated the plate. My companion's sandwich was very perfect. Two eggs with crispy bacon, fresh avocado on fresh bread. It was oozing golden egg and goodness. The house cures Gravlax was raised. it came with a house made cream fraiche and green as well as homemade multicorn toast points. The flavors were incredible. Sometimes you don't want a meal to end and that was once. Our server recommended to finish our meal with a canelé. This contract is a small French pastry flavored with rum and vanilla with a soft and delicate Custard centre and a dark, thick caramelized crust. It is quite small, but a perfect way to finish our perfect meal. I must say this dessert was my lifetime favorite. I'd return for another Canelé. We visited the bar that was perfect for mixology with bitters and mixers. The deep house played. Glasses, dishes and bed linen are perfect. Chairs are comfortable. The mood is cold and casual and wonderful. We killed Little Moss."
