"I ordered a dinner tonight consisting of a blt, a burger, together with two appetizers. When I called myself, I was told that 15-20 minutes would lift up, which is completely in order, not a bad time to pick up at all. I came at 6:40 when I called at 6:30. when I was there, it was empty except two tables that had a couple and a family. I waited almost 10 minutes before someone was able to make it a counter. as soon as I got my food, drove to home (eta from 3-5 minutes.) I opened the food and everything is stone cold. the fried appetizers are cold, as if they have set themselves for one. the blt had salat, which became soggy and brown, the burger had also swung on it. when eating the pulled pigs there were many hard pieces in sandwich. about all very disappointed in bucksnort."
