Granted Krazy Hog is a bbq spot, this is Chicagoland and fried chicken is a staple with the Chicago BBQ legends. I want them to tinker with the seasoning a bit. I think they're close, but not quite there with the fried chicken. Order the tips if you go. They don't really need sauce, so get it on the side and appreciate the smoke ring. The rub is light and allows the natural flavor...
