"The tall, African-American young man wearing glasses, who appeared to be a manager or supervisor, remained calm despite the rising activity, managing everything with great efficiency and organization. He was focused and exhibited a strong sense of control. One of the cashiers stood out for her genuine friendliness and warm smile, creating a welcoming atmosphere. From the cooks to the cashiers, everyone performed their tasks efficiently! The back counter, where orders are packaged, was spotless—there was no food debris in sight. All counters and floors were clean, and the uniforms of the supervisor and cashiers were neat, with shirts tucked in. I felt a sense of pride for these young men and women who were clearly dedicated to their work. I considered sharing my appreciation with the manager and nearly applauded their efforts, but I didn’t want to interrupt their workflow. This experience deserves a 5-star review in every category! Keep up the fantastic work!"

"I ordered and paid for a meal online Monday 5. september. pickup time said 7:45. I arrived at 19:56 clock to tell the very rude business hired that they were closed and I would have to call the next day (today). when I called, they said that my money would be returned in 7-10 days, but would not say how the system knows that I did not receive my order. then they said that the general manager would be in 2 hours, just to be told in 2 hours the gm on holiday. bad communication, didn't get a call back, kept my money without eating. they deserve a zero. I'm still waiting for a refund or message that my money will be refunded on any case. the manager hasn't contacted me yet. it's been two days since the firm office said they'd look at it."

"So very sad. I grew up here. I used to come here every year for my birthday dinner. And every year my birthday dinner consisted of nothing but the Apple Skillet pie. I have been gone for around 25 years. And I come to find that the Apple Skillet pie is nolonger on the menu. This is a true tragedy. But I also have to say you guys have always had the most amazing atmosphere and foodregardless of my wonderful pie being gone."

"Service Is okay, decor is nice and rustic if not sparse here and there. The atmosphere is good and it attracts a decent crowd. The pizza is some of the better you'll get, it's nothing mind-blowing but is a solid pizza for not to much money. It's a fully serviceable bar in Lansing, likely worth a outting for dinner if you're feeling adventurous."

"Some unique breakfast items, great staff and many good drinks selection. We brought our 9-month-old with an explosion on the terrace. I tried breakfast Burrito and although it was really good! Filled with brisket and pulled pork, but it needed a little extra, as crushed in her cheese sauce or something crispy inside. I will be back and hopefully remind you to ask her to add something to it. But there is a ton of other super-looking items on the menu that I probably give a try."

"This was a nice spot for a date night. We sat inside, and once the server had a chance to catch up, she was super attentive. We had the grilled cheese for an appetizer and the jambalaya with chicken and andouille sausage for our main— not super complex flavors but still tasty, filling, and with good heat. I've never had beignets, so I've got no point of comparison, but they were delicious! Served piping hot with mango-pineapple jam. Definitely would go back just for those. The Creole has outdoor seating, too, for those who are trying to be more socially distanced."

"I work in the inner city of lansing mi. Earlier the cottage was pretty good inn, but lately it's terrible. I put my order at 11:38 clock to eat in the position lunch between 12-12:30 clock. at 12:28 I called to find out where my food was. it was not ready that I spoke to the manager chris and he said that the computer was just caught and it would be another 20 minutes for delivery. no good way to make business that are terrible. the last time we order from there, the pizza of my associate was wrong. for the first time, for the second time, the third time, nope will not be one."

"I literally fly 2000 miles from California to Michigan to have a taste of their crack chicken. The wings are pretty amazing and pretty cheap as well. I always buy the seasoning to take back with me so I can have a taste of home over on the west coast. It's a little ghetto place but the food hits hard as hell."

"west lansing buffalo wild wings has consistently underestimated. I don't know what happened to this franchise, but it's not what it was 20 years ago. I have bad services, overpriced beer and bad eating. I went to applebees for boneless wings instead of buffalo wild wings and eating was better there. I don't understand how that happens. Applebees, the most appropriate chain restaurant has better wings than a company with wings in their name. I hope this franchise gets it together. start with the training staff better."

"I used to work at this location in 2013, and it has went downhill every since then! I ordered the taco salad combo and had to pull foward and wait 10 minutes...for a salad?? Then when I got home, it has no salsa, no dressing, the tomatoes are slices like from the sandwich station, and my fries were old and cold! So I paid 13 dollas for some lettuce and chilli and no one will answer the phone to rectify the situation!"
