"I only had the best service I ever had at this place. added, my burger was made wrong for the first time, they are fast to fix the problem. they apologised (which is huge), then they ensured that I understood that they would do everything in their doing to correct it. they have made my burger fresh and after my specifications (with a smile). good service is hard to come and I really appreciate this experience."

"WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Prepaid on the Penn Station website and walked straight to the cashier who was on her cell phone. When she finished her texting she looked up and acknowledged me. I told her my name and she asked a line worker if they had my order. They said no. I then show her my confirmation email and she calls her general manager. She relays all the information from my confirmation email then proceeds to tell me they didn't get the order and would not be able to give me my food. I explained that my credit card had already been charged and asked if that would be refunded. SHE SAID NO. SHE TOLD ME I WOULD NOT RECEIVE ANY FOOD OR A REFUND FOR AN ORDER I ALREADY PAID FOR AND HAD FULL CONFIRMATION AND PROOF OF PURCHASE. She then happens to find my ticket and sandwich coming out of the oven. Not enough. She had already told me that I was supposed to just accept I paid $15 for a sandwich and was going to get nothing. Never going to another Penn Station as long as I live. EDIT: The owner reached out to me to explain why this situation was handled precisely the way he would have wanted it to be. I have worked in several restaurants and I am not unsympathetic to food workers. But this level of disregard for customer satisfaction is more than enough reason to find another place to buy your food."

"I've been here a few times now, usually after I get a cheap haircut at the nearby Lansing barber college. Thailand is a small, take out only restaurant with reasonable prices. It also has a good variety of Thai dishes although I always order the same thing at Thai restaurants pad see ew, chicken, medium spice, add crushed peanut. Thailand makes this dish better than any other Thai place around, the chicken and vegetables are high quality, the sauce is delicious, and I can and will order it again and again. Check the hours because I think they are closed one or both weekend days, but if you are anywhere near Thailand and in the mood for Thai food, give it a try."

"I was staying at the hotel across the street and decided to try the food with a fellow member of my company. She went to Spartan's rival school, but still wanted to stop in. We got seated immediately near the bar area. I ordered the spinach and artichoke dip as an appetizer. It was delicious. It was creamy and thick, not watery. I was trying my best not to get full from it, as I ordered the mac and cheese as well. Shortly after, my mac and cheese came out. I was surprised to see garlic bread and it was delicious. I loved the taste of the mac and cheese, and I could taste multiple cheeses. The shells were cooked perfectly. The cheeses were very creamy and melted in my mouth. I was getting quite full, but it was too delicious to not finish at that moment. I am actually looking forward to stopping in again when I am back in Lansing. I loved the food I ordered, and I am curious to see what else they have on the menu."

"We recently dined at Smokey Bones for the second time, after a five-year gap. The restaurant has a beautiful atmosphere and a cool interior design, making it a great spot for a casual drink at the bar or a meal with the family. The service was prompt and friendly, even on a busy Friday night. Overall, the ducks were very good. The macaroni and cheese was nothing special on its own, but when paired with pulled pork, fried onions, and Chipotle BBQ sauce, it was much improved. The fried pickles were the best we've ever had. Although the prices were a bit high for the slightly above-average quality, the portions were generous. While Smokey Bones may not be our top choice for date night, we would definitely consider returning in the future."

"This is hands down my absolute favorite BBQ place in the area! You have the best sauces, it's not a competition. They are smooth amd have great taste; they have an excellent selection of choices. The pages are okay. As far as meat is concerned, I like the pulled pig and pulled chicken, but the brisket is my favorite!! My husband always gets the ribs; they seem a little less consistent. He got the best ribs he ever had, and some he didn't even finish. We always get to go, so I never talked to the staff, but I'm sure they wouldn't hesitate to do it right if I did. (I'm too lazy to drive back the 20 minutes. And I don't want my food to get cold!"

"I have visited this restaurant three times in the last few months. I have tried the club and steak and cheese grinders, both of which were excellent. On another visit, I had a Cobb salad which had mostly shredded iceberg lettuce but plenty of toppings to make up for it. The staff is visible while you order and pick up your food, and it is clear they work hard, especially during the lunch rush. I will definitely return in the future."

"I'm often let down by pizza. It's either soggy or undercooked, has way too much sauce, or is oddly sweet. But this place was fantastic! They even took my order just 20 minutes before closing, which is impressive—at another restaurant I visited, they wouldn’t make a fresh pizza an hour before closing time. The staff here were really friendly, quick, and efficient, making the experience enjoyable. The prices are reasonable, and the food is excellent. I’m so glad I discovered this place, and I will definitely be coming back for more (I had the small supreme thin crust)."

"Every time I order online for curbside pickup, there always seems to be an issue. The most recent time, I ordered a salad. After arriving and informing the app that I had arrived, I waited for at least 10 minutes with no one bringing my food out. I eventually went inside and found them scrambling to prepare my salad, even though the app had indicated it was ready. To top it off, they had forgotten to include the croutons and the extra chicken I had paid for seemed to be the standard amount. The overall chaos at the restaurant was quite concerning."
