"I think I finally found the best Korean grill here in Utah. The experience in this restaurant from the beginning to the end was incredible. We came here after a strenuous hike and tennis session, so we were very hungry and ready for some food. You can take the waitress on the day of your visit to yelp, so make sure you do this when you are near here! We sat quickly in five minutes. A part I really appreciated was that the employees were constantly reviewing us during our meal, so we could order more dishes. They also kept our waters full of the bride at any time! Customer service was perfect. Now for the appetizers and supplements. Once you sit down, you have a small variety of Banchan (pages). You get a sweet soy sauce, a spicy velvet sauce and salt. They also get kimchi, spicy cucumber, and paved radishes. The dipping sauces were all perfect and exactly what I needed. Make sure to ask a bottle of sesame oil! The real trick pours the sesame oil into the dip tank that has only salt. The sesame oil and salt combination is incredible. The Kimchi was great. Not too fermented, and the balance of sweet and spicy and spicy was in exact amounts. The spicy cucumber was good and what we expected. But my favorite was the plucked radishes. These were sweet and crispy, and we ordered an additional bowl of those during our meal. We ordered some other appetizers of pure rice, japchae (sweet potato noodles), garlic and japenos, salad cases and Korean roasted chicken. The japchae was very tasteful and warm and filled with thin cut vegetables. The Korean fried chicken was nice fried pieces of dark meat covered in a sweet and spicy sauce. The freshly cut garlic and jalapeños are excellent to throw on the grill during your meal to have a strong bite of taste whenever you want to change it. Then we come to the flesh. We started with the boneless beef steak. This steak was quite fast to cook after we cut it, and it was so delicate, fat and juicy. It didn't need a diving sauce, but we could enjoy the different sauces with it nicely. Next came the cattle breeze. This is a cornerstone for any Korean barbecue experience. The beef breeze also had a good balance of fat and meat, and the way it cooks allows a lot of sauce to stick when you dive it. It was excellent in a salad package with some pickled vegetables and rice. Next we ordered beef belly and pigs belly. The pig belly was really fat and melted in the mouth as you ate it. The actual star of the whole meal was the beef bell. It had the same taste as bovine brisket, but that was much more fat and much more juicy! It's hard to eat it! I'd order this alone and be so happy. We finished our meat by ordering Galbi (marinated short ribs) and beef bulgogi. Galbi was excellent super delicate and so much taste from the marinade. The boggi also really nice, as the marinade denaturs all proteins of the meat, so it breaks apart with only the slightest touch. The last article on her menu is called papico, which is like a chocolate ice cream that is in a plastic container. It was really funny trying something I had never tried, and this Korean chocolate ice cream was a fun experience. You have to try to bite the plastic container to get the ice. All you can eat is $31.99, or you can order items à la carte. Personally, all you can eat is the best value as you can have most variety. I love this Korean barbecue area, and it just takes the number one for the different places I was here in Utah. Yes, this is not technically in Salt Lake City, but in Midvale, but it is a short 15 minutes drive from downtown Salt Lake City, and it is worth it."
