"We absolutely adore Italian Eatery and are incredibly disappointed to see it shut down. It was one of the rare dining spots where our daughter-in-law, who has Celiac disease, could safely enjoy a meal. The food was always mouthwateringly delicious and reasonably priced. "Fantastic experience. I have heavy food allergies to fish and shells and the waitress, Willow, has great care in explaining what options were safe for me to eat and then properly informed the kitchen. Even the manager came by and imagined and followed to discuss my allergies and safety. Up and beyond the service. All employees were very attentive, polite and we had no problems with everything. Not to mention the food was incredible."

"Had a birthday party here. Our server, Kayla informed us that we could have a free dessert or appetizer for the occasion. We were almost speechless, as we rarely hear about such a freebie. We chose the Calamari Appetizer and we are rewarded with delicious, delicate squid with just a very light herbal bread. Extremely fresh and accompanied by a large Aioli and Marinara. Kayla was very attentive, funny and knowledgeable. She did an excellent job! The Shrimp Scampi was a much lighter version with asparagus, tomatoes, plump perfectly cooked shrimp, some angel hair pasta and a light lemon garlic butter sauce. Very happy to have a lighter version of a classic on the menu. Our birthday guest chose the Grilled Chicken Margherita with tomatoes and Mozzarella. It was a bit on the Bland side. Could have been more exciting. Our guests loved their tour of Italy Entrees. The Fatuccine Alfredo was a little vaccinated on the sauce but otherwise tasty after a desire for more sauce. Was a pretty good meal made much better by a big waitress! Well done!"

"Great drinks and excellent service. Their gimlets are ~fabulous~. Went to brunch most recently, and the freeflow mimosas came fast and frequently. Decent quality, especially for $10. Food was distinctly mediocre all 3 of us thought our meals were a bit on the small side, did some unnecessary reinterpretation of brunch foods and I had to send my meal back (terrible pork belly). BUT, the service throughout was top notch and my replacement meal came quickly and with some wonderfully seasoned bacon. Maybe they have specialties we didn't know about. Bottom line: if you brunch here when you're thirsty and don't need a big meal, you'll be pleased"

"We used the delivery feature and our food came hot in 30 min from ordering! We were very impressed. We have been going to Kiku for years and the take out is just as good as dining in. A staple for us is the fried rice that comes with a delicious yum yum sauce. The beef and broccoli is another popular one for us. Our favorite sushi is the California ranch roll which is lightly deep fried. This time we also tried the Lake roll and Goofee roll. Both were good but did have quite a lot of rice. When we have eaten inside, are is ample seating including booths, and outdoor street seating in the summer. The parking in uptown can be difficult and busy."

"I stopped drinking a coffee and doing a little work. Unfortunately, this location has no wlan, that was the only disadvantage at all. I had the sweet potato biscuits. they were amazing! warm, fluffy and delish with homemade jam. the coffee was also excellent and the service was very good. I hope to return some time and enjoy a meal, relax and not worry about the work. I would have given five stars if it had been Wi-Fi, although it is probably not something that should affect my decision. I'm looking forward to the return. great atmosphere and good food."

"Although we 've been here many times, this was our first time visit on a special occasion for their Mother 's Day brunch and all I can say is it was a fairly large disappointment for everyone in our party... The lack of attention to the food service being refilled was only overshadowed by the lack of quality of the food being refilled that I would equate to just below a mediocre 'included breakfast ' at a 3.5 star hotel with an added bonus of the extra long and slow waiting line you get with a very inexpensive wedding reception caterer... The only person that had a good time was our server that enjoyed a $50 tip for her visit to our table once with water (never to be refilled), once to deliver the ordered drinks and once again with our bill... I 'm sure that we 'll be returning on occasion, as we have in the past, but we won 't be enjoying any special occasions at Stanley 's anytime soon!"

"This restaurant may not be suitable for ethical vegans. The walk to the restroom was quite unsettling, with tanks full of fish swimming in circles and lobsters with rubber bands on their claws. The tofu and vegetable dish appeared to have been cooked in a starchy liquid lacking flavor. The tofu itself was tasteless and tough, and when I requested soy sauce, I was told that the dish was already seasoned."

"This has always been one of my favorite breakfast places. The food is always amazing. My husband and I even used Eggy’s catering for a post wedding brunch. They were so helpful, prompt, and accommodating. There was so much food and it was so delicious. Our guests loved it and it was perfect for a post hangover meal. But the restaurant was dirty and a bit run down, a coating of dust on the walls and lights, all but one of the bathroom stalls had toilet paper, and the soap dispensers were out of soap, it seemed early in the evening for that…I was expecting a wait but there was hardly anyone there when we got there so I’m not sure why I needed reservations. Awfully expensive for a place where I need to cook my own dinner, I ordered the same drink twice and it was made differently each time…"

"order ahead forgot my pic but there are other pics on here of the vegan standard bfast! it was very good, well seasoned tofu scramble! very good resemblance of vegan sausage patties, yumm and a yummy sourdough toast with veg butter and perfectly crispy hashbrowns!! i made some of it into a bfast sammy it was soooo good. hubby got the bfast burrito that had chili on top and subbed everything to make it vegan, so vegan chz and tofu scramble and added vegan sausage, he really liked it. it was deliciousss, huge good portions. order and they bring it to your table we were rhere around 1 on a sunday and it was packed but it came out so fast, within 10 mins! sweet lady that took our order with a really sweet smile. would definitely come back! "Glad we stopped at this small, unfussy, local Chinese restaurant. It appeared to be a mostly take-out place and when dining in almost everything for serving and eating food is plastic which was a little disappointing because we try to avoid using plastics. We still enjoyed our dinners though, my husband loved the General Tsao Chicken and my combo chicken subgum/fried rice/egg foo young was delicious! The food was very flavorful, the chicken and vegetables were fresh and tender, and the fried rice was perfect. The chowmein noodles were good too-crisp and flavorful. My only complaint about the food is with the egg foo young's overly salty sauce. Yes, we would definitely dine here again when in the area."
