"For the first time I found the ambience and service top class there is nix to complain. The appetizer Pakoras was excellent as with my mother, I can't say a greater praise to you Now the main course Kurkuma Special Kebab 400, suffers this has not met our taste nerve. I wish it had been noted on the map that it was prepared with protein. The protein was still quite cold and the chicken meat was unfortunately very dry... but I don't want to exclude that another dish would have tasted us more. Since we all perceived the same thing I would have wished from the service that you could get at least one coffee or a drink on the house, but then ask if we wanted to take the food with you then was rather inappropriate But in the whole it is a nice restaurant and I am convinced that we would have come at our expense if we had ordered something else."

"Had last visited and eaten at the Brauhaus in 2006 so this was a trip down memory lane. Their is a saying that you should never go back, but this definitely not the case here. The food was even better than I remembered. I had the wild boar in a rich gravy with red cabbage flavoured with a pear and red currant sauce and a potato side. It was to die for. I accompanied this with a large Warsteiner beer which was crisp and refreshing. I then had the doughnuts with pears and cream for dessert and they were equally superb. The Brauhaus is my favourite bar in Paderborn. It is perfect for a couple or for a large group night out. I would recommend booking ahead in the Spring/Summer. You will not be disappointed."

"The food was very good, pizza times something different than you know. The dessert (Tiramisu) was the hammer. What was really very unpleasant was the noise level. Holding was impossible. Probably it is in the room if the walls were perhaps decorated here, for example with one or other wall carpet or with pebbles, or a few partitions in it, it could be better. I'm really not sensitive, but the volume was real like on a station. I don't want to go back there. Too bad."

"During my last business trip in Paderborn, my colleagues and I wanted to try something different than German cuisine so we picked Indian. Goa Curry looks nice from outside, there is a big beer garden. Inside you can feel Indian style kitschy style ..I was twice in Mumbai so I know how tasty is Indian food. As for starter we were thinking about some samosa but then we found out that you can order a mix mix starter or grilled starter. It's really worth! You can taste all starters packed together. As for drinks there are German beers of course but many congratz for Indian (or better to say UK.. Kingfisher! For main food we ordered mainly chicken tikka masala, naan and some other food which I don't remember. It was good, it was tasty but it wasn't perfect. I was in some Indian restaurants in Poland as well and it was much closer to true Indian than Goa Curry. Probably for someone who wasn't in India, it won't be even recognized. As I said, food was good, food was tasty. Waiter was very friendly, knew English well. Split payment allowed as well as credit cards (even Revolut). Do I recommend? Of course !"

"We have ordered several times of Nudelauflaufen and were very satisfied every time. You get large portions of which you get well fed. I only noticed that some ingredients are saved, in the run-up there was hardly any dark meat inside. Our deliveries arrived very quickly within about 20 minutes and were therefore very hot. The suppliers were very friendly every time. We can recommend runs with good conscience. When we first ordered pizzas, we were slightly disappointed. The pizzas had hardly any taste. With my pizza, the dough was partly raw. So we wouldn't order pizzas again."

"Decided to pop into this little gem for some lunch with the family and we were truly surprised. Unfortunately they didn't have an English menu but this was overcome by the waiter speaking perfect English and translating the menu for us. We ordered a variety of tacos and BBQ pulled pork mini banquette. Whilst waiting for our food the chef made my little boy some melted cheese tacos. We thought the gesture was very nice as most restaurants don't bother with children, especially in Germany. I tried a Chingón cocktail for the first time and was instantly hooked as I normally drink mojitos. The food arrived in a short time and was truly amazing. It's safe to say, the family and I shall be returning to this little gem many more times in the future."

"This is a lovely looking restaurant with a huge menu (perhaps too much choice We ordered starters for both myself and my husband and they took well over half an hour to arrive. We thought this a little too long to wait. However, it was...tasty (we both had garlic prawns and salad). The main then arrived straight after the starter was cleared. This was just okay I'm afraid. Three of us had pizza and one child's spaghetti bolognese. The spaghetti was served with way too much pepper on it (especially considering it was for a child). The pizza didn't blow any of us away..... There wasn't a great choice for dessert, just ice cream or tiramisu. We had both and to be fair the tiramisu was nice. All in all, service was good but meal was just okay. The waitress that served us was very friendly. Unfortunately, we wouldn't return though, sorry."

"We had pre-ordered a table in time for two people...after we had pointed out at the entrance, we were told that we were not in the book and we had to wait for a free table. Next to us there was a group of 4 people who had also reserved and had no table. After some time we were assigned a very uncomfortable table. We hardly sat there was another table presented to us because the previous one was reserved... which I couldn't understand. The vote between the boss and the housekeeper was catastrophic... everyone wanted to put his head through. After we took the other place, the boss has the order incl. Drinks picked up and ran again towards the kitchen. After about 30 minutes waiting time we had neither drinks nor the appetizer ordered. I went to the bar for 15 minutes and asked for the wine and the water. The young girl was confused and asked me what wine I had ordered. Apparently there was no communication between the boss and the employees. All seemed completely overwhelmed. The water was then simply placed on the table... no further operation took place. We left the water in the bottle first, because I had the fear that the food and wine would no longer come. It got worse! After asking for the wine again after a few minutes, the young service told us that the boss had not yet subscribed to our order. It was funny! I have said to my partner that we will leave this impossible place immediately and have expressed with a corresponding verbal statement the behavior of the boss and the staff. In the environment next to our table, several people have supported this decision, which they have also had very bad experiences this evening and will no longer enter this Loksl. I've never experienced such an impossible and never wants it again... All together a smooth 6!!!"

"The food in the roadhouse is mostly inspired by american diners of the and Burger, fries and other fingerfood are on the menu. The food quality is average. The ribs I had were extremely greasy and a split between pork belly and ribs....However they weren’t spare ribs and deep fried quickly rather than slow cooked. The fries were ok and so were the mini burgers. Prices can grow quickly if you order this and that to share"
