"#supriyachaubal11 The Cheesecake Factory Bakery is a story of phenomenal success. Humble beginnings, repeated failures, hard work and dedication is the ultimate key to success. Evelyn Overton began by selling cakes to best restaurants in several towns the family moved into over the years, opting to look after children and working simultaneously. Giving it one last chance before she decides to hang up her boots. David, her son started a restaurant with her. It is said once they opened “ The Cheesecake Factory Bakery” at Beverly Hills, there was a line out the main door on Day 1 (opening day), 40+ yrs later the line has never stopped! So true… After waiting for a good 45 mins in the queue, we were taken to our table. Quite a variety in menu with an extensive dessert sections showing Evelyn Overton famous cheesecakes. We began with Strawberry Iced tea, Kiwi Mint Iced tea And complimentary multigrain chocolate bread, sugar dough bread with unsalted butter. Our orders : #Lettuce_Wraps (make your on thai rolls) we choose grilled Avocado with carrots, bean sprouts, lettuce three delicious Peanut, Sweet Red Chilli Tamarind Cashew sauces A fresh crunchy affair with greens. The charred taste of avocado, bean sprouts, crunchy lettuce peanut from the sauce, sweet chilli and tamarind sauce was a riot for my tastebuds! #Everything_on_flatbread with Pepperoni, bell peppers, caramelised mushrooms, onions with mozzarella cheese. What an incredible taste. Thin slivers of pepperoni were devoured with in minutes. #Buffalo_Blast – essentially Chicken stuffed with cheese and spicy buffalo sauce then crispy fried. Served with blue cheese dressing and celery sticks. Oh! So Yummy chicken wings. #Classic_Basque_Cheesecake Unlike a New York cheesecake this is baked without a crust, a evenly baked top. A golden overcoat, underneath is cheesecake so creamy, intense flavoured, perfect density. It was served with fresh berries and syrup. A generous portion of cream to enlighten your experience.
