"as a food supplier I am surprised by the lack of care that the meal is ready to get it prepared in time. I'm not never ready when I go in, and if someone talks to me to find the name on the order, then they'll wait a second, they haven't gone with any updates for at least 20 minutes. often we have a stacked order means another restaurant to pick up, then supply 2 consecutive customers. we are paid by the order, not time. Finally, drivers cannot assign and leave the order if it was wasted too much time, and in the future simply cannot accept the pick-up at first place. then this restaurant will no longer be able to offer this service. this applies to grubhub, doordash and uber eats. supplemented to the commercial reaction: I have no idea from which driver they spoke, I have waited all the time and left with the order. either they are mistaken or misrepresent their device."

"Pizza. Pick up. Prompt, pillowy and pleasing. I got a garlic w bacon and a regular w pepperoni. Ready in 20 minutes. They have a covered pick up spot at the back, nice touch. The red sauce pizza is fluffy and the sauce is absolutely glorious. The cheese is browned, with a light crisp at the edge. The bottom is not crisp nor soggy. Top tier fluffy. The garlic is nice and buttery with a pronounced oregano finish. Also excellent. This is in the Watertown top 3 no doubt."

"I love Red Lentil!! Been going here for a few years now and the food is always so wonderful. Some of my favorites are the oyster mushroom calamari, the gobi manchurian, the waffles, and the benedict florentine. Everything here can be made vegan. The deserts are listed on a chalk board inside the restaurant and they change sometimes but they are also delicious! Everything I've had here is good and I look forward to trying more of their delicious options."

"Red Sauce Time Machine. Greg 's defines the term cozy, neighborhood space. It has an appealing wood lined decor. The menu has all the clamps of South Italian/American cuisine, including lasagna, chicken parm, ziti and broccoli and linguine with mussel sauce. Most of what I tried was good, including the red sauce. Some things like the filled chicken breast and buffalo wings are just fair. ubiquitous red sauce. Parm is dense, oily and moist, mussel sauce is fresh and reddish of garlic, parsley and mussels and the red sauce is well seasoned. Chicken Marsala is moist and has fresh mushrooms in a delicious sauce. Salads are iceberg salad creations of the kind you don't see much more. Food comes in enormous quantities and is very heavy and do not fill the place for a light meal. Waitstaff is very friendly, fast and efficient. A kind of silver dollar restaurant, nothing spectacular, but offers the security of decades full of weight and value."

"We decided to have breakfast at this restaurant this morning. We were seated next to a couple who arrived at the same time as us. Despite the fact that the couple was served their coffee and food before we were even greeted by a waitress at our table. Gayle and several waitresses walked past us without acknowledging us. One waitress serving a table close to us seemed like she was going to help us, but then walked away. It was evident that we were not going to be served or even greeted, so we decided to leave. It's a shame because we used to enjoy coming here for breakfast, but it seems like things have changed."

"Update: 2nd time order in person at the store last week. Ordered the baked lamb for weekday dinner. It was luke warm and not very flavorful. I was shocked considering my UberEats order below (2.5 weeks before) was piping hot and tasty AFTER delivery. The potatoes were lukewarm. I had a guest so didn't want to cause a fuss to warm it up or redo it. So bummed considering I was 10 feet from where it was made. Unless they already had it made and just heated it.. IDK, but it really disappointed me that my home delivery order was 5x hotter and steamy than the in-person. Will order from somewhere else for a while.1st time order. Chicken kebabs were tender, juicy, and well spiced. Right temp too. Not luke warm. Greek salad was fresh and didnt skimp on feta cheese. Lemon potatoes were delish. Will order again."

"The food was BANGING. I went all the way from Boston to Watertown because my friend said she got a recommendation to come and it was nice. I particularly enjoyed the Chicken Tikka Masala and the Naan. The Biryani was spicy even at extra mild. The fried chicken kothey momos were juicy and flavorful. The service was a bit slow, but it was worth it. They made a birthday cake for our order and the live singer sang happy birthday for my friend. It was a really nice experience!"

"I am a huge fan of the hand-pulled noodle dishes here, so I rarely try anything else, even though I know I should. My favorite is the hot oil stewed noodles—it's a simple dish, but it’s perfectly executed and feels more substantial than just its individual ingredients. It has a fantastic blend of garlic, chilies, and a hint of vinegar, along with wonderfully chewy noodles. I also really enjoy the cumin lamb noodles; they are packed with cumin flavor without being overwhelming. I’ve always received great service during my visits too."

"All about this place I am in love! If you go in, you can see that the place so clean gives you a retro feeling with the red yellow. The girls in the register are so beautiful, always welcome you with a smile. They are always very patient when ordering and give you a good understanding on the menu. The rest of the staff is always happy when I arrive for a bite, the owners are the sweetest people I have ever met. A personal favorite of me is the chicken gyro! You will not find another place that has tzatziki sauce as delicious as G's Burger's. The frits are always cooked for perfection and salted exactly right; definitely made with love. Your new touch screen soda machine and teas are brilliant for people who like a little more variety with their drinks! I love getting the best ice cream I've ever tasted right next door for Dessert. Finally, this is the place to go for all your wishes! You definitely need a G's Burgers here in Florida because nobody can cook a burger like G's Burgers:"

"I don't like chicken and the peri peri chicken was amazing. Perfectly cooked and so tasteful. I wasn't in the mood for Pommes, so I mean with the Mac and cheese. It was so delicious. My partner ordered the same, but got the fries, they were also amazing! 10/10. UPDATE... I just want to add that the staff is also amazing. I literally finished my review, posted and was packing my remnants when I was a spastic chicken induced obsessed movement and somehow knocked my whole to go box out of the table. Maybe it's not the right word. It flew under the table as the chicken still had wings. Needless to say, I was embarrassed not to mention sad, because I was really looking forward to the remains later. Guess what they did?!!! They made me go a 1/4 chicken. The table next to me was like “I’m not surprised, they are great here but how beautiful to see”. I agree, sir. I definitely come back. Next time I let my fiancée pack my box for me"

"You know, it will be good when the place is packed inside and outside. The service was at the top. I loved the cool selection of dishes on the menu. Brussel sprouts were delicious. Cinnamon Chipotle dry rub wings unlike yummy. French onion soup was perfectly overflowed with cheese. Live music around 9p was a nice touch with talented musicians, but acoustics in the room was not in their favor. (No disturbance of the restaurant) I saw many happy girls as I looked around. For me, this restaurant will make a great sign."

"My mother and I stopped into Dempsey’s traveling from Rapid City for a quick bite to eat. We were quickly sat and greeted. I am an FOH Hospitality and Bar Manager of a restaurant and I was so happy with the service our waiter, Bryce S, gave us. He was absolutely wonderful. He was very attentive and gave great recommendations. Our food was great, sitting on the patio is a wonderful idea always and service was 10/10."

"You know when you get that itch for a certain food and you gotta have it that night? I feel like Cha Yen is the perfect spot to get your Thai fix. Prices are very reasonable, portions are good and the flavors are plentiful. Not pictured was the beef khao soi which IMO is def a five star dish. The chicken wings also get 5 stars as they find a way to sauce them with zero sogginess, SO GOOD. The other standard dishes we ordered like the pas thai, pork larb and tom yum soup were all serviceable but not exceptional. Would def order takeout again from Cha Yen"

"My family and I went here for a birthday dinner recently and received the worst service. The restaurant was near empty but we waited about 30 minutes before water was brought over. Then we're told they only have 2 kinds of soda that night. No juice. Nothing. The service was so slow. We were glad the food was good but the service really killed the experience for us. Not sure if any of us will be back."

"My husband and I love to support locally owned business and tried Pete’s for our most recent date night…based on the fact they had Utica greens and good reviews. Lovely atmosphere, dim lighting, spacious layout/booths, lounge separate from restaurant. Our waiter was fantastic, food took a bit longer than expected but we enjoyed the atmosphere and fresh bread so much it didn’t matter. He ordered a pizza and was pleased with and I had the most tender, mouth watering steak! Unfortunately the greens (the whole reason we chose this establishment) were not nearly as impressive. Soggy and tons of bread crumbs on top, that was disappointing, but again the rest of the food was great and we will definitely return and would recommend!"
