I'm not never ready when I go in, and if someone talks to me to find the name on the order, then they'll wait a second, they haven't gone with any updates for at least 20 minutes. often we have a stacked order means another restaurant to pick up, then supply 2 consecutive customers. we are paid by the order, not time. After ordering twice I'll say the only thing that was good was the fried calamari. Italian wedding soup tasted like spinach water, chicken franchise has a perfume like taste, chicken marsala had no sauce and was super bland. Very disappointing!

What a great family owned small business in Watertown! Every time I come in here, it feels like an episode of Cheers, where everyone knows your name!Coupled with delicious Italian food and drinks, make sure you swing by if you are ever in town!

I wish that I could give 0 stars. I never leave reviews but I felt like I had no choice with Nonna Lucia's! I ordered the chicken marsala and it was disgusting! It was bland and soaked in alchohol. I called the restaurant to speak with someone about my experience and was spoken to so rudely I couldn't believe it. Save your money and dine elsewhere!
