"as a disclaimer I visit from Southern California. I am also Peruvian and Nicaraguan latina. so the readers have a context to my cultural food standards. my man and I enjoyed the lively atmosphere and the campy decorations. the staff was also very friendly. The beverage menu is extensive and super cool, they have tons of options all over the table. we ordered mi corazon and pink mojito. the mi corazon didn't taste alcoholic when you were in there. Finally, the 3-star review for eating. we ordered the nachos, bbq rack and diablo steak. the best from the baptism was hands down the bbq rack, meat fell out of the bone and sauce was bombed. fries were a bit too salty, but still good. the nachos and diablo steak were hard to finish. the afteros were in what looked like mozzarella next to 3-4 slices jalapenos. the chips were gray-ish and stale, made edible only with acidic sawn and guacamole. I ordered the diabelo steak with the Tenderoin cut. in the danger of sounding fussiness, I ordered the meat well made, although it came medium rarely. if they also want to dissociate from the reality of eating **** meat, make sure they say the server twice. my man thought the meat was perfect for medium-sized rareness. the actual problem with the diablo steak was the sauces and side. the maismic basic is very clear aji amarillo, a Peruvian pfeffer puree that we use in most of our dishes. it is spicy, but not too sharp. the combination between Aji flavor and the mezcal butter/hot sauce was not good. I don't think the sauce(s) was too sharp, they just didn't work. the sauce on the vegetables further compromises the meal (they were also very small and small portioned). we both think that the court would have been much better if kartomas (or maic) were replaced with a tasteful but more neutral rice (or something to convey the aromes). the plate otherwise felt like a college student dinner covered with sauce to hide the food actually taste. in short, meat was bombed. drink card is solid. the personal is friendly. the place is alive. avoid them afteros at all costs. diablo is meh and not worth the"

"we have visited knettsetra for more than 15 years, and it is still the number one to disate if in trysil. the charming mountain farm offers not only historical environment, but also incredibly tasty eating, everything prepared and freshly prepared before location. I am a little surprised at some of the other reviews that eat and cut the place. in the did, knettsetra was never admitted, but is a place we would guests or visit if we had only a nice time and would like to enjoy good eating. knettsetra deliver the same high quality food and friendly service, regardless of the season and how busy they are. my man and I have eaten this afternoon. we sat outside on the terrace, as the weather was so beautiful. (Otherwise on rainy or snowy days is a table in front of the camein I would recommend. the menu is quite impressive, from British fish chips to Italian inspired lunch dishes. but I go to and very recommended under the court in knettsetra is the rømmegrøt, a silky smooth porridge made on Norwegian traditional wise with acidic cream and served with sugar, cinnamon as well as cured meat and flat brot. amazing! it is always so delicious, so it is difficult to choose something else on the menu. what I should do! I was almost tried today by the mooseworst and smashed kartoffels. my men had porchetta sandwich, a company for the eye and taste buds! surprisingly also cheap. not least the personal very friendly and will always feel welcome and visit us. it is worth noting that knettsetra is only open for lunch. but occasionally organize special events and gourmet evenings. I follow social media to be in the loop. this is a family space and dogs are also welcome. asking, but as they might have understood, I would recommend a visit to see for themselves."
